i dont get it. So ACI and USMJ have the same CEO. One company is a public trade company and the other one is a Private company that no one even know anything about. Lets just hope Steve Rash is not funneling money from his public company "USMJ" to his private company "ACI". I guess this is why ACI only have USMJ and PURA because ACI and USMJ are run by the same CEO.

From what i read about ACI. "ACI’s plan is to roll up a variety of entrepreneurial cannabis sector companies and work to streamline the operations by cross-leveling redundant resources across multiple companies. At the same time, ACI plans to utilize the combined assets of multiple companies to improve access to the best possible caliber of investment capital. ACI is currently reviewing the various, assets, operations, business agreements, contracts and assorted endeavors of Puration and North American Cannabis Holdings in a first step effort to take its first streamlining and investment access improving steps." If ACI and USMJ is run by the same CEO "Steve Rash" then why did he not just run with USMJ in the first place? North American Cannabis Holdings Inc.(USMJ). Isn't that what a "Holding" company suppose to do. A company created to buy and possess the shares of other companies, which it then controls. No company will help invest in another company without having control of some assets. ACI is not a charity company or something.
