Thats not true at all did you just read my post. Quote 1 is a official filing stating we are in contract. Quote 2 stats that when that contract was initiated, that if anything happens aka "work to be completed" we get paid within 90 days. WE GET PAID NO MATTER WHAT NOW. The 21 million is ours, or we can sue for breach of contract.
