I agree, at that point in time it wouldn't be an R/S to dilute, it would be an R/S to attract bigger investors on a premier stock exchange for growth... also a lower float at that point would be huge for exponential growth quickly... people need to understand that R/S's aren't always bad, but it depends on the reason for it.. in this case it would be beneficial.
