When management enters into a Faustian pact with the devil to keep the doors open, the devil will demand his pound of flesh from the shareholders, sooner or later. Entering into that pact was out of necessity, but the circumstances which required that pact can only be viewed as 6 long years of management incompetency from which the shareholders have long suffered and are now paying dearly.
