I have very high conviction that I'm going to make a lot of money on this investment. I'm frustrated like everyone else and have voiced my frustrations to the CEO. I do think he's doing his best, but there are some things that he hasn't delivered on. I am going to hold him accountable for that.
There are some identifiable catalysts here that will result in a rapid re-rating of this stock. I was in HMNY recently and saw first hand how quickly a nano cap stock can move with the appropriate catalysts. This is a better, though less sexy, story than HMNY. There is profitable, recurring revenue that should merit a much higher valuation once the market sees some progress just on the existing contracts.
I don't know much about the history of the real estate business and frankly, don't really care. Anshu can build Verus into a business worth several hundred million in the next 3-5 years, but the legacy issues need to be resolved.
