The company has until 10/15 to consummate the deal. The 15th is a Sunday, it is not going to happen on a Saturday or a Sunday, we both know that. I have excellent reason to believe that the deal will happen on schedule, which means tomorrow.

I know the company left itself an escape until the 31st but it won't be used.
