I got a hold of the auditing firm listed on OTC. They got me in touch with the old advisor, Ranier. Talked with him a few. He stated a NY attorney bought this shell. He was headed into a meeting but was going to send me his number. Left a message to follow up but have not heard back as of close today. I would love to see what he plans on merging into this. Between Cayo and I, we may actually own the majority of this company.
