Yes, talk is cheap, and it gets frustrating waiting for news and completed forward statements. But I'm not in a hurry.

I wrote Enzo this morning and he called me after reading my e-mail and said they can say nothing per contract, rule FD, and the NDA's before the funds close which should be soon. He said when that happens they will put out a PR about why they have had to remain so quiet. Tell me how many penny stocks remain quiet? I cannot think of any. Share price has been in decline and they haven't done any pumps or garbage like most your pennies do.

The closing of the funds PR 8k is still on track is what I feel I got from our conversation, but from what I feel is happening its not GEQU dragging ass. I am encouraged that he would take the time to call me. I have never been in a penny stock where they would even bother to call or answer an e-mail. I feel news is eminent. All IMO and I believe this may yet turn into a solid investment.
