I actually tried to become a customer years ago, sent specs and everything, as did my electrician...the Windstream in Oregon called me back, as did solar city, etc...Costco replied and arranged/installed in under a week...still waiting for a call from Bates, as is my electrician, because as you know, Windstream sells the product in theory, they don't install, need to find someone else to do that...didn't even want the solar, just wanted the tax break.
