OT:: TINA ... I'm honored. But, I did notice someone posting they liked your new version too... I guess I wasn't the only one cross eyed trying to enjoy your site. It crashes (freezes) with me because the frap is optimized for broadband... way too much data for us little modem pokeys. I know your housing pain, I just went inactive as a real estate agent as my office dumped out on all of us. So, I know what your going through... contingent on your property selling is a most stressful transaction to do. Mainly because you can sit in limbo while your buyer and your seller do stupid stuff which makes you want to drive your van through their frontrooms. These sales are daily deals, and really shouldn't be a hassle... but are sometimes. Good luck with the move.. your frap site must cost 10 bucks a day, there is so much stuff.

I hope bkmp does do something for your bottom ... line.......
