The vast majority of the "assets" are mining claims - no appraisal nor valid tax assessment has been provided. That's quite a stretch especially when the numbers are from a Zoyes Boys stock.

Most interesting is Sonny Boyd Williams LLC has a Mr. Stephen ZOYES as the managing member who has ASKE shares -- Michael ZOYES does as well.

ASKE instructed its Transfer Agent to irrevocably set aside 1,844,000,000 common shares in favor of Michael Zoyes and 1,156,000,000 common shares in favor of Sonny Boyd Williams LLC.
