Please explain... are they debt free because their assets now out weigh their debt by a small margin?... or have they eliminated their 4.1 billion debt some how?...

Basically what I'm trying to figure out here is what their net worth is... Networth meaning ( Total Assets - Total Debt = Net worth )... is that Net worth number 4 billion or so? And if it is, please provide a link to where it says that... because from the current financials I don't see that being the case. And furthermore, if they are debt free because the assets outweigh the debt, then your math on this stock being $17/share is wayyy off... because the networth is just the difference...
