Very early in the latest groundbreaking information stage. But when this picks up speed and word gets out that ground breaking is actually occurring, the buyers and flippers who are still following this will jump on board and the volume will increase. Why it's so low right now, I have can only guess. It could be the MM's are done selling for now and are looking to grab more without causing a spike, so they sell a little to keep the price down in hopes of gaining more!
