If you divide OS by 50, you get 8,923,390 Outstanding shares. Then one would need to go back to the acquisition plan to see how many other shares get created to pay for the move...shares to Sun Power shareholders. What would the float be then? It could not be 98 mil, if the OS would be closer to 9 mil just on this dividing by 50 in the RS?
