Yes... Wayne was filing official documents during that time frame as the sole member of Valvasone Investments. DelaDonna was Daddy's shill, not Jr's.

Valvasone was dissolved by administrative action on 9/23/2016. But as the sole member, maybe Wayne didn't know that?
