Here is what I feel is happening. Steve took control over Garret and Garret still needs to make a few million off the deal so Garret has gone to his MM for OMVS and told them to naked short the stock to death with the short term goal of changing the ticker.

We all know that a naked short can never be covered after the ticker changes.

It is a brilliant plan in my opinion.
It allows the company to survive, Garret makes a ton of money, and the stock holders are not hurt to much in the end.
