I was looking for the unliquidated damages cases as all the liquidated damage cases have a finite maximum claim amount and there is no reason not to do a partial DCR distribution if all unliquidated cases are resolved.

The Krakowski ones are in appeal and the Fjord is waiting summary judgement. I believe the two Bank Trust ones must have been settled as they went to expedited appeal in 2013.
