Agreed. They had until the 20th. My guess is they badly underestimated the negative effect the RS would generate. Now they're back to the owner's equity issue and no way to resolve it. Remember...there was a listing requirement of owners maintaining a what...$2.5mm minimum equity position? This selloff is putting them back in jeopardy, I'd imagine.
