Without a doubt the NO dilution numbers and the DD changed everything yesterday. Now they have themselves in a serious problem with NO volume! Shorters absolutely hate NO volume. CDEL was one of the most prolific shorter and now you can see them on the BID with 100,000 wanting to buy at .04. They have been active on the BID all morning! Now that they know FINRA's decision is coming out at anytime and with so much money waiting to come into the stock, there is going to be a fight for shares. Things are going to be interesting to watch. I am sure they are going to work MM to MM to make up some volume but I don't think it is going to work this time. We shall see. JMHO
