Here's my feeling. There are some who now look at PMTS as way oversold. The dividend cut might lead to $0.00 to $0.12 annual EPS over the next 4 Q's if all other things remain the same.

So assume whatever multiple you want to assume.

I think the PPS is going north of here in 12 months.

As I've said before, the new CEO is either going to turn the ship around, or lead the company to making the best and last buggy whips.
