You know what gets me, this company has been around for years. It boasts the best technology addressing a pressing food shortage to a growing middle class in the most populous country on earth. In other words it is in the sweet spot, right technology, time and place. Yet to my knowledge no company, American, European, Asian or Chinese for that matter has made a bid for this company despite the ridiculous market capitalization. Surely Solomon has a price but I don't even think he has been asked. Either the technology isn't so special or the demand for the product has been vastly overstated or nobody wants to deal with these morons running our company. Gives you pause.
