" Right now I'm focused of CWIR. I facilitated the deal over there and have a big position in that company. After I can liquidate some of my position (not until it .05 cents or more probably ) I am going to fund for Graffiti to do a Reg A+ or reverse merge into another pubco.

And remember I have no obligation to do any of this, as I am not an affiliate, c-level exec. I've basically put my own money into all this to try and get these companies back on their feet. The CWIR deal was a stroke of luck for me.

I had spent $87.5k putting that deal together and continue to fund as much as I can. CWIR has been ...lucrative or soon will be and the connection is Inqubus that Innovo was rolled into SDVI.
