Realistically, this stock seems to have bottomed out at .002 for the last two months. The company has totally redone their website which looks pretty professional: www.turboglobalpartners.com

They seemed to be gearing up for a turnaround. But due to a recent A/S increase and stock promos, it's tough telling what the company wants to do with their PPS. The promos gained this ticker some attention at least, but there really wasn't much of a run or a huge sell-off. It's worth watching what it does today. If the price can finally break the .003 resistance then things will look better here IMO.
