I believe so too. He's waiting for the NDA's to expire so he can announce.

As for the dental offices I think it's great. We are after all a holding company, not a one trick pony.

I only wonder how the dental thing could possibly affect a buyout in the future? Could this limit possible suitors? I doubt it because SB knows what he's doing. Still, just wondering.
