It is pretty obvious that they are going to convert all debt into equity. when we are buying shares they are reducing debt, price does not matter, they will just open for more shares. There are many examples of companies doing this.
This is a total disaster for anyone not knowing when management is going to stop. The whole idea works well if everyone is buying shares and paying a decent amount. When people stop buying shares it will just go lower and lower. If there is not enough shares to pay back debt at 1 dollar, they will just create more shares.
Nothing matters in this stock besides paying that f****** debt.
When the company is coming close to debt free then you should considering buying shares IF they don't borrow more money at same therms.
This shareprice can go as low as 0,0000001$ if that is what it takes for the f****** lenders to get their filthy money.
