Even if they did reply back with "there is no merger" ...they was only doing what they were told. Bottomline, LEGAL LAW AND SEC RULES SAY NO ONE CAN DISCLOSE INFORMATION OF A MERGER UNTIL IT IS COMPLETE!!!
