How he feels is actually a very good question; is he very unhappy (having "lost" so much money and feel the pain of his shareholders) or does he even care at all (i.e why would he when he knows the potential that will unfold in the near future)?
This is actually one of the reasons the PPS is low; Solomon's mindset, vision and - especially - timeset doesn't match the one of the market.
Getting rid of the a-shares should be good for the PPS, but I'm not convinced that it is a good thing to do now; How many of the BOD/management would be working in SIAF by years end without the a-shares? (muahahaha) SIAF would be in a total chaos However, when we get the F-1 filing (and hopefully a few other triggers as well), then it would be "safe" to get rid of the a-shares - and the market would also appreciate it
