Frankly, given the financial condition and the potential revenues, I would think the smarter move would be to increase the AS. That could also work to permit acquisitions, as well as supporting convertible notes. An RS is a less productive mechanism as far as I can see into their financials.
It is hard to tell based on what they know vs what they have filed.
