Double check that...

The term "affiliate" refers to persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Company and presumably includes executive officers, directors, 10% shareholders and the immediate relatives of all of the foregoing.

Since 10% shareholders are affiliates, I'd think BA would want to dump ther shares to avoid having their monthly allowance restricted.
