SINO needs some institutional buying to help support its shareprice because the short-term swing-traders, shorts, and evidently the MMs have been controlling and capping the s/price all year.
I also have to wonder if the consultants paid in shares have been capping the price by selling too many shares into the market on up days.
The stock action has been mystifying to me for months. E.g., why wasn't it already in the $5s after that stellar Q3 earnings report?
