Exactly my concern. "Coincidentally" 50+ companies all arrived at the same place with the same technology.

When this occurs it is generally because the patent is considered "OBVIOUS" because if each of these 50+ companies were working on the same technology and combined known references AND the end result is that the combination of all of these elements resulted in everyone using the same technology (Voippal patent) then that IMO is a realistic concern.

I don't see where Voippal had a bonified business objective either with regard to the patents purchase from Digifonica, meaning, if the objective was merely the patents themselves, which it was, then that leaves little ground to stand when challenged in court.

Given the facts it is hard to own shares and simply sit around 100% confident that this will all turn out rosy. And it doesn't help that the share price sits in the 3 cent range either.
