Is Chester selling to overseas "purchasers" or his buddies. Does he have some agreement to sell below market price (if there is such a thing as a market in this stock)? Every time I see the price, it goes lower, and trades withing a 3-5 penny range. If this is not planning at its finest, then you guys are right not to "invest" but rather "trade". Question though--is Chester controlling the number of shares trading and to whom they go to and who does not get to buy or sell at all?
