I think it is with flippers. A few months ago a PR would move us up a lot then drop down. Flippers are following us now and buy as soon as news hits and when it peaks a couple hours later they sell. The pattern is the same but gets smaller and smaller. One time we will get the blockbuster PR and it will blast off and not come down.
