I have spoken with Mr. Umbra before and most recently did communicate with him. That is true. that said, he knows how I feel about the current situation and I have no problem giving the man the time he asked for because he has done everything he said he would up until this point.

I would also add that I do not believe the CEO or its management are selling stock because we would see a filing permitting them to do so. I am almost certain Mr. Umbra is an affiliate so that would mean he could never sell more than 10% at a time!
