We don't know the Darkpulse deal for $107 million has is "good"...we know nothing about it.

for all we know O'Leary could have a cousin in some Eastern European country that sent him a letter about doing a deal that has next to no chance of happening...and then this PO is based on that.

We simply don't know. Its the OTC...unless there is someway to independently verify it...who knows?
