It seems our biggest problem, was that DOLV never properly de-listed in 2013. The only way to name change was to properly de-list first, which required a full accounting audit all the way back to 2013.
Why did that take so long? Well the accountants were mostly retired or no longer in business or not willing to be helpful. DOLV had to undergo “forensic auditing” because of that. A primary bank that DOLV dealt with had changed several years ago by merging with another bank. Getting records became a nightmare requiring petitions, waiting periods and since DOLV was an African mining company, they had to send someone to Africa to retrieve records.
Once DOLV was "Current" --- then FINRA accepted the application for name change, but have had many rounds of questions. 20-30 comments are normal. DOLV has had 60+. A lot of questions regarding some of the NOBO shareholders. The last batch of questions was last week and included inquiries about a lawsuit that was filed “15 some years ago” and was dismissed....There have been no new questions from FINRA since those questions----everything has been responded to-------
So, if no new questions , IMHO we should be very, very close to the end of questioning and receive our new name and ticker----
cheers
