Spoke to Glenda today! I had sent APTY some big information and some questions about the Ethereum application process and my displeasure of the MM’s manipulation. Here is her response. I mentioned to her I would share. Love the fast response and candid answers.

Let us know how you like the new version. We are still waiting on their comments to our application and hopefully it is soon. Not much we can do about the manipulation unfortunately but we are focused on building the company.
