It is very obvious this is a scam, the time for denial is over.

Management has clearly fled the scene, but they will resurface when it's time to dilute the stock further.

It is sad, so many people believed POAG was legit, despite the checkered history of the company.

Management will eventually resurface with a crazy excuse to dilute the stock to fund expansion. But in reality, the dilution will be to give themselves more money.
