Like you said before, I cant imagine they would be sitting there doing nothing but waiting LOL

Im sure they have all blue prints for building design and possibly started to get post construction strategy in place.
A good Oil testing facility is Major business! Testing quality (especially in medical arena) is a massive opportunity for SGDH to tap into. This stock could actually rise greater than CGRW and have a higher valuation over time.

Very exciting times for SGDH shareholders, that's for sure!
