Well, the .0002s sitting next were sitting over 1 Billion.

yes there are 73 million 1's and .002's are listed next on level 2

Are the.0002s lower than the 1 Billion since they didn't really move to the "1's".

you notice that all of the 2's have been changed to 1's?
