i would think the only caveat to buying thme under the Reg A is the restrictions on when you are allowed to sell them per the agreement? obviously when you buy on the open market you can buy and sell whenver you please, but iw ould guess if you buy under the fudning agreement at .001 that you would have to hold them for X amount of time before you can sell them..... same as many of the other toxic funding agreements? DONT GET ME WRONG, I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS TOXIC FUNDING, just using it as example.
