Well you are wrong. Just because you are a CEO of a public doesn't mean you cannot have discussions with shareholders. You cannot give non-public information that can be used 2 buy or sell a public stock.

If he wanted 2 discuss public information that is out there, no harm in that. Your logic would put most CEO's in jail.
