Everything in my statement is true. The matter of someone is in a blue sky state is not the point of my post. There are investors that can call Troy right now and get shares at .0010....thats the point.

No Troy is not allowed to say who can convert and who cannot with a REG A filing. If you fulfill the terms of agreement he cant block you from getting your shares legally. Thats just not how it works...regardless if Troy wants to tell others it is. Its not true.
