Agreed. Delusional at best to think any of the OTC stocks are legit. Most are selling shares and if you wish to gamble at great odds on the timing, you now have OTC basic 101 down.

Look at most in charge of the OTC stocks. Most have a history of P&D or prior scams oe are criminals. Your only job is to time the scam and avoid the stock going grey.

SEC will take 3-5 years to look at this (if ever) and by then hope you made a little or avoided the stress that MNTR management has caused you.
