"I have tried calling upteen times to Marquee and have been frustrated that I have never gotten through or e-mails back.
But... I just tried calling and someone accually answered the phone and I wish I had my thoughts togather and accually eceting a pick up but I did have questions and he anwered what he could. The man that answered the phone was Dwight from the Florida location.
I asked him about the finacails and them coming out or at least a PR. His reasponse was that they have been expecting them by the end of this week, so Dwight said that he thinks they may come still today or tommorow. He said something about them being sent, these are hard copy fincails with officail stamps on them that are probably in route (physically). Then when they get them they will also look over them themselves.
Dwight also comented about the dingy quality of the CEO statement and stuff that they put on the Sulja website and it seems as though its a software aspect that copies the document or whatever, I didn't totally understand that part but it sounds like they (or maybe just Marquee) want them to look a little nicer.
He also reiterated that Petar does care about the shareholders and will keep us up to speed (guess when I think about it it would be silly to PR a "we're still waiting FEDEX tracking says it's at the whatever site in processing (I 'm not saying they are using FEDEX just hypotethical here:)" and then come out hours later with the accual statement.)
Concerning PWC being removed from the Marquee page. THis was just a policy that PCW haas that they do not want IR companies putting that kind of info up for public. Dwight reiterated that it doesn't mean they dropped out of the audit, just that they wanted that removed. Marquee then called KPMG and asked if they wanted the same and they didn't care so they left KPMG up on the website.
Felt good to talk with Dwight and I feel sorry for the guy as he has a LOT of calls and E-mails coming in (just look at the counter on the Sulja site).
I wish I had time to proofread this but I have to go to work I'll get back from work around 11:00 tonight.
