It's speculative on many factors what the BOD says is just one aspect of many pieces of information and hunches. If speculative plays didn't offer the potential of huge returns then people would not invest in them. FLPC is highly speculative but as a start up company has weathered the storm of early mistakes well and is making the careful proper adjustments to right the ship and restart operations. Everyone here probably more than any other OTC stock with a message board knows what they are invested in with FLPC and from the looks of the trading over the last several months almost all are happy to wait for an outcome. Point of Caveat Emptor made understood, considered, evaluated, and decided upon by everyone here.
