NTEK has been abandoned.

They have no officers listed at all, no CEO, CFO. No financials being posted, business license is expired, its just Dave "IR" Foley trying to placate the shareholders so they don't sell (and hopefully keep averaging down).

The "new management" is all in Foley's dreams, just like the fictitious $21 million dollar investment. You do realize all the past CEO's that have joined NTEK bailed once they realized that in time Foley was setting them up as the fall guy and they were going to end up in the slammer.

NTEK still owes $2 + million dollars though, cause they lost 2 lawsuits and that's not going away anytime soon.

As for Ultraflix... it hasn't had any content worth renting in over a year, still no HDR, no surround sound, not even subtitles for those hard of hearing. The app has nothing but legit garbage content and according to the many 0/5 star reviews it barely works half the time.

Dave and Jeff Foley scammed millions... Where did the money go ?
