The large volume accumulation will not take place until risk is all but eliminated for the investors will deep pockets. They would rather get in big on the climb after results are a lock. The gain difference to them will be negligible at best. I have been in this for several years and see nothing that says failure. In fact, I see that all systems are a go, especially for B. You couldn't pry the little I could afford to buy out of my hands. Will add if I can until results arrive.
