As Buzzy requested several times for people to put there phones on mute due to back ground noise. You could hear dog barken, kids talking all in the background. So just because you heard a TV, it does not mean it came from Buzzy's location. Heck on one of the conference call in the past I heard a woman ask her husband what he wanted for supper. So that's why phones should be muted during these calls. Do not blame Buzzy because someone else failed to be curtious.
