I recently discovered the seasoning called cumin. It smells and tastes amazing. So, I marinated a whole fresh chicken overnight in all kinds of seasonings, with some water and a little oil.
Then I dried off the chicken, put a band around its wings, so they don't burn, and grilled it in a "beer butt" or "beer can" style with part of the marinade juices in the little cup vs beer... then rubbed oil on it, then more cumin and some low sodium lawries salt, and here ya go!
